booking your session.
The best session depends on the size of the property, the number of spaces, the light, the
amenities and how the images will be used.
Which package should I choose?

If you have a small space or need a specific update, Airbnb Express may be enough. For a
full property without people, Airbnb Essential is usually the best option. If you want
to show the experience of staying there with people, details and content for social
media, Airbnb Lifestyle is a better fit. For villas, boutique hotels or properties with
many areas, Lifestyle Editorial is ideal.
How do you count spaces?

A space can be a bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, terrace, pool,
garden, facade or common area. Not every property needs the same amount of time: a house
with several bedrooms, terrace and pool requires more coverage than a studio or a single
room.
Do the packages include models?

No. People or models are quoted separately from $600 MXN per person, depending on
duration, availability and level of participation. If you want a lifestyle session, I
can help you plan what type of scenes make sense for your property.
What happens if we need more time?

If we see during the session that more time is needed, it is confirmed before
continuing. Additional time is quoted from $1,300–$1,400 MXN per hour, depending on the
type of session and production.
Does it work for Airbnb, Booking and websites?

Yes. The session can focus on clear and attractive images for Airbnb, Booking, your
website, social media and commercial communication. Horizontal photos are usually
prioritized for platforms and websites, and vertical photos for Instagram can also be
considered.
Is video included?

It is not included in the photo packages, but it can be added as an extra. We can create
vertical clips, reels, lifestyle video or short walkthroughs for websites and social
media.
How long does delivery take?

I can usually present a first edited selection within the first 7 days. Some photographs
may take longer if they require more detailed editing, special corrections or a broader
curation process.
What should I prepare before the session?

The space should be clean, organized and ready to photograph. Ideally, beds, textiles,
decor objects, lights, amenities and any detail that helps communicate the guest
experience should be prepared before the session.
Can I use the photos on Instagram?
+
Yes, you can use the photos for your social media, Airbnb, Booking and website within
the agreed scope. Credit or a mention is always appreciated. Additional uses such as
paid campaigns, third-party use, other brands, resale or extended commercial use must be
reviewed separately.
